Shipping Policy

By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you accept the that all orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

AUSTRALIAN STANDARD SHIPPING

1. Delivery in 3 - 5 business days from shipment. In many cases, customers in metro areas will receive their package the day after it is shipped. Regional areas can take up to 3 working days.
2. We charge a flat rate of $12.00 for orders within Australia.
3. All of our orders are shipped using Standard Shipping with Shippit.
4. Please check your order status to determine your courier and tracking information.

RETURNS SHIPPING

For all returns to High Definition Fitness, customers must pay the cost of postage/freight in all circumstances. We always recommend using a registered post with a tracking number to avoid missing parcels.

Please contact customercare@highdefinitionfitness.com.au before returning your items, or it may not be accepted by our handling team.

LOST OR MISSING PARCELS

High Definition Fitness cannot take responsibility for any parcels that have gone missing, been stolen, or been delivered incorrectly. Unfortunately, once the parcel has left our business' warehouse it is the responsibility of there Courier and any further disputes must be settled with them.

As the sender, upon your request, we can contact the Shipping Provider on your behalf to lodge an investigation. However as the outcome is stipulated by the Shipping Provider and not High Definition Fitness, we cannot change or be held liable for the result of the investigation and/or the missing parcel.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are currently only shipping to Australian customers. If you have any queries regarding international delivery, please reach out to us at customercare@esfit.com.au, or check back in a few weeks time as we are working to bring this in action soon.

Returns Policy

WHEN CAN YOU RETURN AN ITEM

If you change your mind, you can return your item provided that the product is unused and unworn with the original packaging attached in a resalable condition. If the item has been damaged in any way the product will not be accepted upon return.

For a change of mind return, you have within 30 days of receiving your order to lodge a return. You will be provided with the option to exchange the product or receive a store credit.

We cannot accept returns if the following packaging requirements have not been satisfied:

1. Items are unworn/unused and in resalable condition;
2. In the original packaging with tags where applicable;
3. Adequately packaged for transit; and
4. Contact us at customercare@highdefinitionfitness.com.au before sending the return.

How to Return an Item


To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@highdefinitionfitness.com.au.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All return costs are to be covered by you. You can always contact us for any return questions first at customercare@highdefinitionfitness.com.au.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sale Items

The change of mind policy will not apply to products that are on sale or have been marked down from their original price.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds are only issued on a discretionary basis.
